ingredients:
250g milk kova
500g sugar
50g maida
20g cashew nuts
20g raisins
3 cardarnoms
a pinch of red color
20 cake parer cups
ghee [butter] for frying

Method:
Mix the kova with maida and few drops of water. Make a smooth dough and divide into smallballs.
Mix kiss miss, cardamoms and cashews and ground to fine paste.
Soak each ball in red color, make a hole with your thumb in the middle and place ground paste. Close the top and make a ball again.
Heat ghee in a pan, fry the jamuns until golden brown and place them in sugar syrup.
Soak the jamuns for about 2 hours. Then remove the jamuns, roll in dry sugar and cut into half.
Place the pieces in the paper cups and serve

what is milk kova and what do mean by "mix kiss miss" :?
so is this a a variation of gulab jams :think:

Heard of paal kova ? its a sweet you get mixing condensed milk and sugar.

Kiss-miss is a addon fruit item to sweets, though i dont exactly know what it is. :Ksp:

kiss-miss is the dried grapes and other kutti fruits (the ones you may also find in paal-payasam etc).

Nice name though.. :wink: :P
