Ragi,

Dispute Resolution??? We do that every single day. :D :D :D :D Ask, Vennai, Sri_gan or any one in geetham about dispute resoultion. They would have done tonnes of them...

Am sure Vennaiji will have some legal answer for ADR.

Sorry for the side track, could not resist on seeing ADR. The only ADR I know is American Depository Reciepts used by foreign companies to raise money in the US.

ragi yakkov,
ADR wud comprise of mediation, arbitration, early counselling, de facto appealing,
and concilatory procedures usually.

appeals act and US arbitration act are available for further study.
though not all the states have them as state law.

sorry i am not aware of UK practices, for more indepth knowledge
take concilatory tactics/arbitration and agreements sectional.
it is usually 3-4 months sessioning. though not quite sure how it is
in UK :? :?
