Is Lance Armstrong guilty of doping?

L'Equipe, the French Newspaper, which has been writing about doping in Tour de France is claiming that the French Lab (the lab, paper and the promoters of Tour are the same group!), has evidence that Lance used EPOs for his 1999 win.

Circumstances surrounding the issue (why now? who authorized it? why didn't the tour officials or french anti-dopin agency, issue an official memo? how did the paper get it? how sure the sample was not tampered? and so on.. ) are pretty murky.

Lance claims that he is being setup - and from the Tour history and L'Equipe's continual 'prosecution' of Lance for the past 7 years, its hard not to believe him..

What do you think? Innocent? Or Guilty?

Facts get obscured over the years... hard to say... why wasnt this noticied all these years...

And the samples are said to be Bsamples that are traceable only by the numbered tags and the article relies on the writings on the back of the paper... how reliable are these evidences...
Could any of his medication come in the way of the tests... since a definitive method of identifying the substance was only found in 2004...

Too many questions... letus see how the investigation evolves..

But, nothing can take away what he has achieved after the recovery...
