Bitter-gourd sambol
(paavakai sambal)

1/2 medium bitter gourd
2 medium tomatoes
1 onion
1 green chilly
lemon juice
oil for deep frying

- chop the bitter gourds into small pieces (either into cubes or into slices)
- deep fry the bitter gourd pieces. Drain oil using absorbent kitchen paper.
- slice green chilly into thin slices
- chop tomatoes into small cubes
- chop onion into small pices
- mix bitter gourd with tomatoes, onion and chillies
- add salt pepper and lemon juice according to your taste buds :ee:

ready to eat....

(if you wish you can add fried egg-plant pieces to this...)

take a large chappathi, heat it up lightly on a pan both sides (like 10 secs or so per side, put the burner on to low flame), use one scoop (icecream scoop size), of sambol/bleu-concoction/salsa, on to it, add some grilled meat (chicken is the best, sausages are alright), add a layer of grated cheese (most cheese is ok), and a spoonful of yogurt/sourcream, roll the chappathis with all thse inside, let it be on the pan for 30 more seconds (sorta mildly grilling).

nalla tastyaa irukkumai saapidupaarthaniglaa.......... .its very easy to make
