I need to make a presentation, but due to some constraints I will not be able to present it personally. Instead i need to make a video of the presentation.. (No camcorder..Dont know y they have said this )

Alternatively people have recommended to video capture the presentation using

''Windows media encoder'' and then adding audio to it

The encoder captures the screen shot of the Power point and generates a wmv file , I am not sure how to add audio to it.

Is there any other way of doing this process??

Please help

All you have to do is record them to wav/mp3 (I would recommend mp3 since it is much smaller) and insert it into your ppt.

To record, try http://sourceforge.net/projects/audacity katz, it is free and neat, I used it for geetham radio show once
