Assured for Trying - நீங்கள் இதை முயற்சி செய்யலாம். - நெய் பிடிக்கதவர ்கள் நல்லண்ணை கொண்டு முயற்சி செய்யலாம்

Ingredients:

(Ofcourse )Poondu -- around 25 to 30 pieces
Ghee -- around 2 tsp for frying the Garlic
Black pepper -- 1 tsp (if needed very hot you can add as per your taste)
Red chilli -- a couple of them (again according to taste)
Tuvar dal -- tsp
Tamarind -- 1 small ball
Kadi Patha -- a couple of them
Salt -- as per requirement

Method:


Soak the tamarind in water and make a thick paste of it.
Fry Garlic in Ghee until the smell goes which adds more flavour to the Kolambu
Fry all the other ingredients and along with the tamarind.
In a Kadai take the mixture and boil well along with Poondu and salt according to taste.
Once it thickens it is ready to be served with hot rice and gingelly oil and pappad.

Garlic Flakes-- around 25 to 30 pieces
Toamto - 3 (cut into small pieces)
Coconut - 3 tablespoons (grind to paste)
Oil - 2 spoons
Small Onions - 1/2 cup (sliced rounded)
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Corainder powder- 2 teaspoon
Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
Urad Dal - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - as required


Pour oil in Kadai and splutter with mustard and urad dal.
Fry Onion followed with Garlic in oil until the smell goes
After smell reduced and little fried, add turmeric, chilli and coriander powders and don't let the powders to fry more and add tomatoes.
Let tomatoes become mashed in boiling and add coconut paste
Once it thickens it is ready to serve and can be used with dosa also.

Kadi patha is the Hindi word Curry leaves..in tamil its Karuvepilai
