HI, I want to put audio in my blog, get an interface for the player( as in http://jocalling.blogspot.com/2006/12/aaro-viral-meetti-from-pranaya.html )

But that hipcast is a paid service

I have accout in blogger.
I can upload the mp3 file @ archive.org or googlepages.com

But when i try to create the web player( eg: http://awesome-mp3-player.com/ or any other various flash mp3 players available) the song plays at a very high speed.

It works if i directly give the link to the mp3 file / m3u file and open in winamp or some local player.

Somebody help me. :(

Narayana...first of all sorry just now I remebered that you had pm'ed asking for audioblogs......I have not exprieenced any other audio blogs other than castpost which I am using in my blogs. So I am really an illiterate in that.

Second coming to your problem.....that might becuase of the frequency or the kb/sec. I have to tell my expereince with castpost. When I wanted to put my self recording of my song it was in different freq and with 32 or 48kbps. So when I put that song in castpost it ran fast or slow I do not remember. Then I speculated it might the problem with freq and kbps so I re-encoded with 44khz and 128kbps and it worked really good. So try in that line. It might work.

Initially i thought it was the frequency.. So i tried 2 files in 44kHz they worked fine. Tried 2 mp3s in 22 kHz, didnt work. But then a fifth mp3 @ 24kHz worked correctly! I gave up.

I guess its both frequency and bitrate...
