BESARET ( PASI PAYARU DOSAI )

1. Soak pasi payaru ( 1 1/2 cup green gram - whole ) in water for 12 hours(whole night) .
2. Grind in to course batter in mixie or grinder with chilli powder (1/4 t.s.), salt and perungayam.
3. In a little oil (3 t.s.), add kadugu, ulutham paruppu, kadalai paruppu, seeragam, karuveppilai & kothumalli and cut onions (2) and fry.
4. Add in to batter and pour in to dosas.
Note: Instead of pasi payaru, if pasi paruppu (green gram - broken) is used, soak it in water only for 1/2 an hour. Serve with Coconut chutney.
