Hi shy
First of all I would like to thank u for posting different varieties of pepper rasam.

In the no.1 pepper rasam u have asked to add chillies……what I’m wondering is basically it is a pepper rasam .We get enough hot and spice from the main ingredient pepper itself and is it necessary to add chillies.

podukira yella recipes-lum kaaram konjam thookalagave irrukku... yenna vishayamo... mm...

add spice to your taste... trial and error on spice part will help you modify the taste to your normal level of handling such stuff...

compromisingly,

Antha site'laiyae.. one spoon soli erukaanga.. neenga enna more 1 spoon use panni erukpeenga..

If u like more pepper taste.try my first type of recipe...

bitter taste is because alavu sariyaa erunthu erukaathu.. for the sae amount of other ingredients u would have just added more pepper...increase propotionatly...

Usually when u sothapify like this, just add a pinch of sugar... it will subsdie ur fault.. if u added more salt or masala powder etc...

Hope it helps.. try mine and let me know
