Again.. for guests/real restuarant type or for immediate hunger'nu two ways are there ;).. unfortunately both have egg as an ingredient...

For immediate hunger
==============

Cauli flower -1
ginger -1 tbsp
garlic paste -1 tbsp
chilly powder - 2-4tsp
salt - to taste
egg -2
bread crumbs - a few for rubbing
oil -3 cups

(1) Seperate the florets in cauli-flower.
(2) Marinate the cauli-flower with ginger,garlic paste,chilly powder and salt for 30 minutes.
(3) Beat the eggs ,dip cauli flower in eggs and then in crumbs and deep fry in oil.

Alternate way is use kadalai maavu thaan egg.. but use very less just for rubbing... ellaina appuram athu bajji aaidum :cry:

Second restuarant way
==============

Ingredients

1) 1 kg of small pieces of cauliflower
2) 200 gms Ginger - cut into small pieces
3) 300gms Garlic - cut into small pieces
4) Coriander leaves
5) 1 Onion - cut into long pieces
6) All purpose flour - 200 gms
7) Egg - 1
8 ) Bell pepper - 1 cut into small pieces
9) Agin-o- motto - a pinch
10) chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder to taste
11) Vinegar - 5 tbsps
12) Green chillies - 10 cut into small pieces

1) Mix the all purpose flour, beaten egg, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder to make a paste.
2) Add the cauliflower to the paste and let it for 45 minutes
3) Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the cauliflower.
4) Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onions, bell pepper, ginger and garlic pieces, cut green chillies.
5)Add the vinegar
6) Add the fried cauliflower pieces to the boiling mixture.
7) Add the agin-o-motto and coriander leaves.

agin-o-motto mostly chinese/japanese storesla kadaikum... usually its used while making fried rice.. use it with caution thou, coz it gives side effects if used in huge quantities..

Here too, u can just avoid the egg, if u want.. It wont be the same, but taste will be real good.
