Assured for Trying - நீங்கள் இதை முயற்சி செய்யலாம்.

Sago(Javvarisi)-1 cup
Rice flour -4 Cup
Sour curd
Greenchillies - 5 to 6
Oil for fry
Asfoetida -a pinch

Soak the sago whole night in the curd. Grind Chillies and sago(with curd) and mix it with rice flour. Heat a little oil in a pan and put the mustard and allo to splutter and then add it in the batter. Then add salt and asafoetida. Mix it with enough water. Once the murukku patham came, then heat oil.Then make murukku using murukku achchu( which has 3 plain holes).

It is a very tasty snacks. Everybody will like this very much.

Note: If the curd is not so much sour, then add a little lemon with that.

Murukula kooda Pulippu murukku , Inippu murukkunu irukkaa?
Ithu varai naan paarthathu ore oru muruku thaan.

Inippu murukkunu irukkaa

Actually there is something called inippu murukku....I have eaten it in sri Lanka. You do the murukku in the normal way, and then immerse it in melted sugar syrup, and when dried it will taste nice.... :)

YOu can use the sour curd upto the sagoo immerse fully.
