Assured for Trying - நீங்கள் இதை முயற்சி செய்யலாம்.


Channa dal - 1 cup
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Onion -2
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Oil to fry.

To grind:

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Sombu - 1 tsp
Chilli -3
Cinnamon, clove, cardamom - 1 each.
Grind everything together nicely.


Soak channa dal for 1 hr. and grind it coarsly.
Cut the onion and tomato.
take one spoon from ground masala and add it to channa dal and mix it with salt.
Deep fry the vadais made with channa dal mix in oil.
Fry onion and tomato in oil and then add the ground masal to it.
add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder to it and fry.
now add coconut milk and let it boil. then add the vadas(cut into pieces) to it with little water.
boil it for some time and serve with Idllies...
