Fish Fry is one of my favourite.

Using the same ingredients, if you want to reduce oil content, you can try deep fry in a pan for about 10 - 15 mins (med falme).

It will give you a wonderful taste.

after marinating put in a micrwave plate and just put 2 to 3 drops of oil on each fish piece and put in microwave oven and set in broil mode and temp at about 350 degrees. after 10 min open and turn the fish pieces and again put 2 drops of oil.after 10 to 15 min its done.its oderless and it will take less oil and also all the masala will get in nicely.hope this helps

Chilli powder – 1 tsp or how spicy you want.
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Finely chopped curry leaves – 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Oil – ½ tsp
Turmeric – a pinch

Mix all ingredients and marinate fish with the mix and leave it for 15 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan, pour ½ tsp of oil and cook on medium heat. Cook 6-7 minutes n each side.
