Beetroot Chutney - This can be served with Dosa, Idli and Chapathi


Beetroot - As per your need
Coconut - Half
Urud Dhal - 2 tsp
Channa Dal - 1 tsp
Red Chilli - 2 to 3 (as per the hot you need)
little Tamarind piece

Grate the Beetroot and coconut separately. Take a vessel and pour little oil, add mustard seeds, urud dhal, channa dhal, chilli powder into it. Put the piece of tamarind into it and add salt as per the need. Then add the coconut and beetroot and allow them to cook well.

Once they cooked well, grind nicely and chutney is ready for serving
