Assured for Trying - நீங்கள் இதை முயற்சி செய்யலாம்.


Paneer - 250 mg
Red Pepper - 1
Onion - 1 1/2
Garlic - 2 pieces
Ginger - 2 small pieces
Indian Chillies- 2
Tomato Soup - 1 can
Coriander leaves for seasoning

Slice Paneer and Red Pepper Lengthwise and soak Paneer in water.. Cut 2 onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and indian chillies and make a paste.. Keep some cut onion to be be added while cookinh Take Oil or Ghee in kadai, fry onion, sliced red pepper and add the soaked paneer and fry slightly. Now add the paste and soup and salt to the fried and close the kadai and cook for about 10 mins..

open the kadai and see if paneer has been cooked properly, if it has remove from the heat and add coriander leaves and add lemon juice according to the taste..

P.S U can also add Mushroom with paneer. If u are using mushroom cook for 15-20 minutes.

I've tried this at home and it came out pretty well. I'm putting in the recipe for the first time, hope i've conveyed everything ...

I use green bell peper instead of red bell peper that also came out good
