MINT CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS:

250 g fresh mint leaves
25 g green chillies
1 litre yogurt
salt to taste

METHOD:

Place mint leave and green chillies in a blender and blend till crushed but not too fine. Add yogurt and salt to tast. Mix well. Serve with rice, kebabs and salads.
