women's tend to shop more than men on the other hand men's like to sit at home watch a game why is that?

does this mean women's tend to spend more?

indeed.... women likes shopping (not forgettin me :) ) but not guys... why? wats the matter?
but i think guys spend more in other stuff mayb if not in shopping :)

We can't say that. they are also interested but they just go..if they like it..then buy it. where we love to get the history of the shop, shop owner, material.desing...and then buy it ;) also shopping is the time for them...just themselves for most women . angathannum konjoondu freedom irukke ;)

Well Women have been looking after the interest of the family for so long that they r the ones who get loaded with all the shopping. Be it the groceries, clothes for the children or even now the husband, electrical goods or mobile fones.....they r the ones who make the purchase.
They usually have to juggle their jobs and the shopping along with the housekeeping. Research shows that women are soon catching up with men on their spending in electrical and electronic stores.

U know wot though....men of my aquaitance do the research earlier than women...they check out the internet and stuff .....so in fact they do look b4 buying too.......

In the grocery section men would spend more on exactly the same goods comapred to women....ladies r better bargain hunters.

I hate shopping for grocery!
Rather sit at home and watch the game too....speciall this year there's gonn abe sme great stuff on the old box...what with the euro2004, tennis and olympics.
