Cooked rice 1 cup
Besan 1 cup
Paneer 150-200g
Khus-khus 1 tsp
Til (seasame) 1 tsp
Spring onions with greens 1
Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
chilli paste 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
sambar masala 1 tsp
Butter milk 1 cup
Soda Bicarb 1 pinch
Coriander leaves 2 tsp
salt to taste
oil for frying

1.Mix rice,besan n buttermilk to prepare a thick batter.keep it aside for 3-4 hours.
2.Mix in all the ingredients except oil n paneer.
3.Cut the paneer into one-inch long strips.
4.coat these strips withthe rice batter n fry in hot oil till golden.
5.serve hot.
