20- green chilli

add 10 spoons of oil
urad dhal - fry it with oil till it gets brown color - (6 spoons)
green chilli - fry it in oil.
tamrind paste - a big lemon size.
salt for taste

grind it well in the mixie
add jaggary.

This can be kept as a pickle for long days. but try to add tamrind paste a bit more than usual
