Mango 1 washed, skin peeled, and finely grated
Green chilles 2 slit length wise
Red chilli 1
Jaggery 1/2 cup
Mustard 1/4 t.spoon
Curry leaves a few
Salt a small pinch
Cooking Oil 1/2 t.spoon


Cook the grated mango and green chilles in water. Once this is
cooked add jaggery and cook till jaggery melts, and then add
Fry mustard, red chilli and curry leaves in little oil and add
it to the pachadi.

Jaagrium kalandhu boil panninapiragu, salt potta oru maadhiri mixed taste varadhu..? Naan try pannanum..I believe, I will prepare this as one of the side dish on My mother's anniversary coming next week.

Pinch of salt doesn't make any difference. Drop it if u dont want to add salt.
