Peerkangai 1/4 kg
Vathal milagai 2
Salt 1 spoon (as per taste)
Black urad dhal split (karuppu ulutham paruppu) 1 spoon
Perungayam 2 pinch
Puli - sundakkai size

Method
Peerkangayai thol seevi, small pieces aaga narukki kollavum. Pan il ulutham paruppu thaalithu veithu kollavum. peerkangayai pan il 2 spoons oil vittu vathakavum. Pachai vasanai poyi, peerkangai nanraga vendha udan stove ai off seiyavum. Nanraga aariya piragu, yella ingredients um mixie il pottu araikkavum.

A question too: With peerkangaai skin (or something like that :00: ) mom used to make some chutney.. how to do that?.. rr.. perhaps I will post this in 'req. recipes' section..

Good recipe...romba easy vera......i have done it several times it is really good.....

Actually Vasan some parts of tamilnadu they do this thuvaiyal without scrapping out the skin of peerkankai......i think Tanjavur side they do it that way i blve without scrapping out the skin.....

Chow-Chow (Banglore kathirikkai nu solluvanga), adhoda skin la indha madhiri thuvayal seivanga. Romba tasty ya irukkum. Recipe is similar to peerkangai thuvayal.
