I was wondering....do these saree manufacturers do identical sarees in bulk
like ready-to-wear dresses?

Yep sweet lotus... U can get the same pattern, colored saree in a bunch too !!! But not all type of sarees... Most common ones.. Like mango color pattu saree with Red border with peacock design in it. is very famous and many will be available .. So it depends on the type of saree u are looking for :D
