Hey guys
Just for a change , U can try any of these:

U need

1. Noodles

Plain noodles
Pepper-1-Cut in to thin strips
Beans-a few- Diced and par boiled
onion-1- diced
carrot-1-julienne(cut in to thin strips)
Garlic -2 cloves- chopped
chillies-2-cut in to thin strips
cabbage-a small piece-cut in to thin strips
Mushrooms-a few-diced
Soy Sauce
oil-one table spoon

Boil noodles and strain .
Take huge frying pan and heat oil on high flame.Add chopped garlic and onion and chillies and fry for half a minute , then add all thinly diced vegetables and stir fry on high fame. Make sure The vegetables are not burnt , keep stirring the vegetables on high flame for 4 mins. Then add Soy sauce and add noodles. Fry for 2 more minutes . Chinese chow mein is ready to serve.

PS: All vegetables shud be cut in to thin strips length wise and onions shud be diced thinly .

2. Spanish Pasta

U need

Pasta shapes
Single Cream - a small cup
Oregano -for seasoning
Mushrooms- a few-diced
Onions -1 - diced in to thin strips
Garlic-3 cloves -crushed
Ketchup-1 table spoon
Salt- for seasoning
Olive Oil- 1 table spoon

Boil Pasta with a lil bit of oil in it and drain and keep aside. For the sauce , take a frying pan and add olive oil . Fry onions till they are translucent and cooked, add crushed garlic and fry . Add diced mushrooms and cook till they are done . Add Ketchup and finally add cream . Cook for a 4 mins. Season with oregano and check for salt .
take a huge bowl and Mix pasta with the white sauce. Garnish with oregano and Basil leaves.

PS: U can eat this with brown bread on the side .
