Thread: Tuna and Corriander

    Default Tuna and Corriander

    All u need:
    Tuna in oil: 500 gms
    white onions 2 finely chopped.

    garlic- 10 cloves finely chopped
    Ginger equivalent weight of garlic.finely chopped.

    Fresh corriander leaves two handful of them again finely chopped.

    First put oil in tawa add a tblspoon of jeera and then add onion, garlic, ginger and fry for 7 minutes until the onions are abt to turn golden brown..(it shdnt turn golden brown) Then add two green chillies finely chopped.Add salt as per u r taste
    Add tuna and oil(u can add the oil from tuna can itself= use all the oil) to the above said mixture
    add ground black pepper

    Add a teaspoon of chilly powder.

    Keep it in low flame and make sure ur stir the mixture freq i.e every 3 min.
    after 12 min add corriander and mix it and leave for two more min..

    U can have this with rice r chappathi.
    Mind it ll be too dry for rice..
    U can also add karuveppilai along with corriander it ll enhance the taste

    Veetule oru Tuna packet irukku. Eppadi cook panrathunnu theriyaama appadiye kadakkuthu. Innikku evening'e senchuduren . Will post my review of the recipe after I taste it

    Aamam! Enakku romba naala oru doubt. Non-vegla yethaavathu sweet panna mudiyumaa? Something like chicken halwa! Yaaravathu try panni paarthirukkeengalaa!

    Ithai naan kindalukkaaha ketkalai. Really I want to know. Since I am a pure vegetarian, I dont know anything about non-veg cooming. Summa thaan therinjukkalaamnu ketten.
