First time i tried this not bad...was eatable....
All u need: 1/2 kilo mutton
Clean it .

Fry fenugreek seeds , jeera, pepper, 1 tblspoon each, 12 red chillies (small) 1 elaichi, 1 cinnamon sticks, 1 bay leaves.1.5 table spoon of mutton masala.

keep it aside

Fry 10 cloves of garlic, equivalent weight of ginger

Crush the above two fried items.
Mix a cup of yoghurt (approx 400gm) to the above crushed stuff

mix the mutton with crushed stuff and yoghurt mix.

Leave it in fridge for an hour.

Fry 1 big onions,
when the onion is abt to turn golden brown add tomato puree

keep frying , add some salt and some sambhar powder

Transfer the mutton mix, fried onions mix to cooker approx 3 whistle shd be enough.

Cut potatoes(2 large- skin peeled off) to small size and then add to the mutton masala. Heat the stuff until the potatoes cook.

Garnish with corriander and enjoy.. :D
