    Raisins 1 cup
    Glace cherries 1 cup
    Citrus peel 1/2 cup
    Mixed dry fruits 1 cup
    Dry Cranberries 1/2 cup
    Dates 1 cup
    Cashew nuts 1/2 cup
    Strawberry Jam 3 tsp
    Honey 3 tsp
    Rum 1/4 cup
    Butter 1/2 lb (2 stick)
    All Purpose flour (Maida) 2 cups
    Dark Brown Sugar 1 1/2 cup
    Egg 4
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Ground ginger 1 tsp
    Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
    Ground nutmeg 1 tsp
    All spices powder 1 tsp
    Lemon juice 1 tsp
    Vanilla essence 1 tsp
    Instant coffee powder 2 tsp


    1.Chop All Fruits and Mix with Rum, Jam, and Honey and store in a tightly sealed jar for atleast 3 to 5 hours.

    2.Preheat oven for 250.

    3.Sieve maida baking powder & all spices.

    4.Beat butter &sugar until they are light & creamy.

    5.Add eggs one by one beat very well.

    6.Add the lemon juice and vanilla essence to the fruit mixture.

    7.Add the flour into fruit mixture.

    8.Add this mixture to the butter and egg mix.

    9.Mix coffee powder with little warm water.&mix with the above.

    10.Pour it into baking pan, bake it for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or Test the cake by inserting a skewer or knife into it-when pulled out it should be clean but dump.

    Cashew nuts 1 1/4 lb
    Bread crumbs 1 1/2 lb
    Butter 3 sticks
    Sugar 1 1/2 lb
    Eggs 10(Yolk-10,white -7)
    Honey 4 tsp
    Rose essence 1 tsp


    1.Preheat the oven 250

    2.Powdered the cashew nuts.

    3.Beat sugar egg yolks & bread crumbs. beat very well.

    4.Beat egg white seperatly.

    5.Add powdered cashew &butter to the bread crumbs. beat well.

    6.Add the beaten egg & honey to the mixture. mix well.

    7.Pour in to baking pan,&bake it for 45 to 1 hour.

    Mixed fruits 4lb

    Mixed peel 7oz
    Almonds 7oz
    Lemon juice 1tsp
    All purpose flour (maida) 11/2lb
    Butter 21oz
    Brown sugar 21oz
    Baking powder 1tsp
    Egg 11
    Mixed spice 2tsp
    Cinnamon powder 2tsp


    1.Preheat the oven for 300

    2.Beat sugar & butter until soft &creamy.

    3.Gradually add the eggs, beating continously.

    4.Sieve maida &baking powder.

    5.Fold in the flour and spices, then the fruit nuts and lemon juice.

    6.Mix everything well.

    7.Pour into baking pan, bake it for 1 to 11/2hours.

    8.Test the cake by inserting a skewer or knife into it-when pulled out it should be clean but dump.

    Rava 1/2 cup
    All purpose flour 1/2 cup
    Butter 1 1/2stick /
    (1 1/2cup)
    Sugar 3/4 cup
    Eggs 2
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Salt 1 pinch
    Vanilla essence 1 tsp


    1.Be ready with the ingredients.

    2.preheat the oven for 350

    3.Soak the rava in 3/4 cup of milk.

    4.Mix the flour, baking powder and salt well (or sieve)in a bowl

    5.make the egg white creamy by beating, and then add the yellow yolk. Beat it again, keep aside.

    6.Thaw the butter and beat it with the sugar until soft and creamy.

    7.Now add the rava, beat it nicely until creamy

    8.Add the flour by spoon and beat it nicely to mix well.

    9.Now add the beaten egg and mix it gently until all become as a batter

    10.Pour it into baking pan and bake it for 30 minutes.


    After 15-20 minutes, take the cake out and serve it with some cream like whipping cream ice cream..
