    Default Microwave Pizza

    Microwave Pizza (Indian style)

    You need:

    For the pizza base:
100 gm maida (or self raising flour)
    2 tbsp / 30 gm butter
    1 medium potato
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    Salt to taste

    For the pizza sauce
4 tbsp ready made tomato puree
    1/2 tsp garam masala
    1/2 tsp dhania (coriander) powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
    1/2 tsp chilli powder

    For the topping
    50 gm pizza cheese (mozzarella)
1/2 medium onion - thinly sliced
1/2 medium capsicum - thinly sliced
    2 tomatoes - sliced
    3 mushrooms - thinly sliced
    Sweetcorn
Any other veggie toppings (as per your wish, ie: black olives, chillies, etc)

Are you ready to make it now...great..lets start :P >>>

    Preparing the base:

    1. Put the potato in a polythene ( plastic ) bag and microwave on high for 2 & 1/2 minutes.
    2. Mash the cooked potato to a smooth paste, & leave aside.
    3. Rub the butter into the flour till it resembles bread crumbs.
    4. Add to that the mashed potato (paste), baking powder and salt.
    5. Knead to a dough using a few tbsp of cold water, & leave aside

    Preparing the sauce:

    6. Mix all the ingredients with the tomato puree, & leave aside.
    7. Roll out the pizza dough using a rolling pin and spread the sauce on the pizza, leaving 1/4 " space all around.
    8. Microwave on high uncovered for 4 minutes.

For the rest (topping and all):

    9. On top of the pizza - place the capsicum, mushrooms, sweetcorn, tomato & onion slices
    10. Now grate the cheese on it.
    11. Microwave on high uncovered for 3 minutes
    12. Let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes before slicing and serving

    That's it....a meal complete! :P :P :P Enjoyyyyy
