    sure try pannuraen..

    k what is the difference between. idli mavu and dosai mavu..
    is their any different strategy in preparing mavu..

    madam.. help me please.

    ps: idli pathu 6 masam aaaaaachu............

    YEs katteri ji sona mathiri athu thaan difference and also the type of rice we use...

    but since u guys are bachelors.. dosaikku thaniyaa idlykku thaniyaa ellam sencha romba kashtam.. so its better u make for idly (maavu konjam ketiyaa irukkum) and then after a day or so.. when u want to prepare dosai.. small dishla evaloo maavu venumoo, yeduthu, add water konjam and make dosai

    Tips

    (1) silican postla ellam soli iruakar right.. add 1/4 spoon of venthayam(rice ooda serthu oora vachudunga).. romba softa ubbi varum idly

    (2) silican sona mathiri maavu sencha appuram... since u guys might need for a week or so, pulichu poogaama maavu iruka.. when u making maavu.. dont add salt at all.. Night vachudunga outside.. Then when u are making idly or dosai.. small dishla vendiyaa maavu yeduthutu, athukku thevaiyaana salt add panikoonga... remaining maavu u can keep in fridge with no salt..

    But if u are in a place where its 365 days winter appo salt add panikalaam.. coz.. neenga thavam irunthaalum it might take longer to pulichufy

    papom.. result vandha apparam.. dhaan therium... enna prepare panninaenu...

    One more tiny tip:

    Maavu araichchathum bowl fulla nerappi vachiraathinga............Rend u bowl-la half half-a vaiyunga.... Illena maavu pongi bowl-a vittu keela vazhinjudum. Yetho enakku therinjathu.

    Aiyooo! Shifting-bodhu ennoda idli thattu tholanjsu pocchu. Boston-la irukkumbothu Idli saaptathu thaan. Appuram saappidave illai. kittathatta 6 months aayiducchu.

    Yen! Hotel-la idli saapida vendiyathu thaanenu kekkareengalaa? I hate hotel idlis. Avanga idli ravai use panni seivaanga. I hate that. Enna thaan irundhaalum arisiya aracchu athula idli pannina andha taste-e thani thaan. :D
