Ingredients : Moong dhall(paasi paruppu) - 1/2 cup, Atta(godhumai maavu) - 3 spoons , Sugar - 1cup , ghee - 10spoons , saffron(kunguma poo) - little.
Method : Roast the dhall for sometime without ghee or oil for 3-5mins.Boil the dhall & keep it.in a small flame roast the atta for 5 mins & keep it.
Add 3 spoon of ghee & mix boiled dhall with little saffron.stir well & add atta to it.stir well till the bubbles come into it.then add sugar & rest of the ghee.stir well till the sugar desolves.
u'r Ashoka halwa will be ready in 30mins.
note:sugar,ghee - quantities can be changed upon u'r taste.
