    Besebelabath - Its a kanada recipe, sweetlotus. Sambhar sadham namba solra mathiri athu avanga term. ITs a lentil and veggies mix

    Pattai is Cinnamon

    Vaanalil meanin ia a frying pan.

    Ka.paruppu is kadalai parruppu, athu theriyum thaane, channa dhal.

    Cauliflower - 100 gms (BTW u can use any veggie u like..usualla sambhar panrathukku neen try panra yethuvum use panalaam.. athukunu plantain ellam poda kudaathu okvaa

    Lemon juice - No, it will not be of the same. For the besebelabatha, you need to use tamarind only.

    No pa.arisi means pacha arisi. Raw rice.. Basumathi intha recipekku use panave panaathe.. nalave irukaathu.

    Bisi ->> hot
    bela ->> spicy
    baath --> rice.. :P



    After all the cooking, sprinkle a bit of boondi (hot one, not the sweet one) or something crispy/hot on it and serve like they do in bangalore.. would taste yum.

    Have anyone tried this out.. let me know..cos i am planning to try out this when time permits :D
