    Default Chicken in HOISIN sauce.

I tried this last month and most of my friends liked it....

    Boneless chicken: 1kilo

    Finelly chop all these:

    Green pepper or capsicum: 1

    Mushrooms: 10

    carrots 3

    Red onions large 2

    Tomatos 1

    chilly green: 4

    garlic : 12 cloves

    Hoisin sauce: 500 ml

    Side track:
chop the chicken into small pieces and cook it in microwave for 9 minutes

at every interval of 3 minutes open and ensure the chicken pieces do not stay together by breaking them...if not u ll have chicken lump after 9 minutes

First in a pan, add oil

    Add onion

    after 4 minutes

    add garlic

    after 2 minutes

    Add mushroom, salt, green pepper

    after 2 minutes
    add tomatos and salt

    Add hoisin sauce

    add cooked chicken (without water)

Use low flame and gently toast chicken...

until the sauce dries and forms a thick coating outside the chicken.....

Finally spread bamboo shoots and spring onions for better taste..
bamboo shoots can also be added along with hoisin sauce

    Recipe for Hoisin Sauce :D

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    4 tb Soy sauce,(dark/light/usual)
2 tb Peanut butter/black bean pas
    1 tb Honey/molasses
    2 ts White vinegar
    1/8 ts Garlic powder
    2 ts Sesame seed oil
    20 dr Chinese-style hot sauce
    1/8 ts Pepper

*The original without the variations stolen by Matt
Giwer from AP Recipes credited to Dee Wang who advised
peanut butter. *EXPERIMENT! Now you have control of
the taste. Lighter for chicken and pork, stronger
for beef and game. Sweeter for Dim Sum. *The
commercial recipe is presumably the black bean paste.
I presume they are the same as Mexican/Spanish black
beans. *Different types of soy, molasses, some of the
    oil being hot pepper oil,
other styles of pepper sauce. All kinds of
variations. However, with light soy and honey, the
taste of peanut dominates. *Simply mix together. At
first it does not appear like it will mix but keep
at it just a bit longer and you have Hoisin. Letting
it rest does not appear to improve the taste
    noticeably.

The hoisin sauce is not a spicy one.. and it is mild sweet..

A veg recipe for this will be:

    Carrot,

    Long beans

    Cauliflower, broccoli,
    Capsicum
    mushroom
    mix
