    MYSORE BONDA

    Ingredients:

    1) urad dhaal --- 1 cup (250 - 300 g)
    2) Rice (arisi) --- 1 tsp
    soak above 2 for 2 hrs.
    3) Ginger --- a small piece
    4) green chillies -- 2 upto ur taste
    5) pepper ---- -----2 tspn
    6) Jeera ----------2 tspn
    7) cashews --- 10 cut into small pieces
    8 hinge ------------1 tbspn
    9) curry leaves
    10) coconut --- cut into small pieces
    11) salt


    Grind urad dhaal, rice, ginger, g.chillies and hinge into a thick paste.
    dont add more water while grinding. dough shud be thick.
    Mix with the dough pepper, jeera, cashews, coconut and curry leaves.
    take small ball of dough and deep fry it.


    NOTE: bonda nalla veganum illena outer part will be hard and inside it will be still raw dough.
    while deep frying, dont overheat the oil, keep it in medium heat.
