    (
    1) that reduces the boiling, cooking time to considerably 10 mins lesser than usual. here we microwave only from 1-5 mins.. depending upon the microwave, u got to trial and find out the time ur microwave takes to get it al-dente
    (2) Its cooked with skins, so its not like the boiled potatoes where u cant use them for dry curries. This way u can do whatever u want to do.
will try one day and let u know. :D

the whole point lies in wrapping the potatoes in wet kitchen napkin. neenga athai paarkaveillaiyaa???

the whole point is lies.. aahhh..

You could also wrap it in polythene food wrap.. in fact you could even get the potatoe's wrapped nicely so for microwaves.. :P Thats how some lazy people () make baked potatoe.. :P :P

oru kitchen tissue yeduthu, waterla soak pani, pulinchu
ithu enna vilaiyaattu?? tissue va puzhinchu, oru drop regal sottu neelam pottu, mottai maadiyila kaayapOttu..

tissue ellaam puli-puli-nnu pulincha.. avalO thaan..

Wrap it up and sprinkle some water to make it wet.. and nuke it.. :P

if you want it even easier.. use a large Glad microwavable bag/ container..
put it, seal it, and nuke it..

Exactly like asking kids, "enna mamman saapite kanna??"

Even though my wife is not at home, we have the luxury of a cook!! She comes, cleans the place, washes clothes in washing machine, cooks food( if fact much better food than what I used to get with Thangamani, ) and disappears in thin air before I reach home at 7:30 for my cocktails. Talk about heaven.. :D :D :D :D

Chappathi, dal, avaraikkai poriyal, rice, curd and two martinis. :D :D :D

    Cheers

    San doll,

Why ??? Is that about the cook or about the martinis? What do you think martinis are made of? 30ml of Gin, 15-30 ml of dry vermouth, a little bit of lime juice and all shaken in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and served in chilled glasses with olives. It is one small drink. And two martinis is one large drink which is well below the prescribed limits for driving also. So, no problems there... :D :D :D.

Week end is coming near. Planning what to do in the weekend.

    Cheers
