    too late started already but gotta say thattha, I can't stop clock watching through the entire 20 min

    thats pretty normal bluey in the beginning.. trust me, as time goes.. you will be wonderin how did 20 mins past so fast n feel energetic to go on

    Exercise make you happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out,
    the more calories you burn, and make easier to keep your weight under control....

    I do exercise in the evening for half an hour and also do dance on my favorite songs.
