1. In wheat flour (gothumai mavu) (1 cup) add salt and mix well. Add onion (1) and green chilies (2),cut in to pieces Carrot thuruval can also be added.
2. Add little water and mix the flour in to semi thick consistency.
3. Wet hands in water and pat orange size mavu on a dosai kal as thin as possible
4. Pour 1 t.s. of oil around roti, ignite stove now and allow to cook. Turn roti to the other side, pour little oil, when cooked, remove from thava.


1. You may also add a pinch of sugar.
