Yes you can try that, Not sure how good it will come, better look for Indian stores, you can definetely find one or some groceries will have the equivalents.

Hi sowmya,
Tofu is made from soybean curd, tofu is rich in high-grade protein. It is a cheese-like food made by curdling fresh soymilk.

Panneer is full cream milk and acetic acid. Paneer is a full fat soft cheese.

hi sivam,

u can try doing bitter gourd in puli kolambu style. u can also add channa to it. when ur about to remove the kolambu from stove add little amout of grated jaggery. this will surely reduce the bitter taste. i've tried it several times n it works.

the tamarind n jaggery makes the bitterness disappear.just try n tell me.

cut the paavakkai into small pieces (your cooking size piece) and soak it in watered-down buttermilk for 30 mins before you cook. it works for me..

Kotthu parotta in english is chilli parotta - In one restuarant I had...mm.. but erukalaam neenga solura mathiri kooda.. anyway whoever asked for.. let them clarify...
