    Default Bread Pizza

    Note: All ingredient quantities are approx.


    Ingredients

    4 slices of Plain White Bread
    8 tblsp black sliced olives
    1 small onion chopped finely
    1 cup shredded cheese(Mexican four cheese mix will be good)
    4 tblsp finely cut Bell pepper
    Salt and Pepper to taste


    Method

    Butter the bread slices lightly and layer with 2 tblsp of olives, 1 tblsp of Bell Pepper and 2 tblsp of onion and top with cheese.

    Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
    In a preheated toaster oven (400 C) place the bread slices and leave it until the cheese has completely melted and starts to brown.
    Serve immediately as an evening snack.

    All recipes look very interesting..

    Bt this bread pizza u can try it is so easy

    sruti anni, i wanted to post after you posted this...but as you know...mouna viratham

    i have pizzza bread often...i am not a fan of olives so that's not in my toppiongs...but i do use tomato and capsicum too it's another version that can be used i also use pizza herbs...the one you can buy in the groceries in small small bottles/jars...to sprinkle on top or at the bottom...either way, it gives it the nice pizza zingy smell...so i recommend that (the one i use has some chilli flakes in it too just to give it a bit of bite)...

    Sruti: thanks for the recipe. I tried and it came out awesome.. Instead of regular bread, I used garlic bread and it added to the flavor.

    Buffalo mozzarella is another great mozzarella to use but it is hard to find. Yes, it is made from Buffalo milk and is one of the best cheeses that I have tasted.

    We use some green chillies also with capsicum and some pizza sauce
    very tasty
