Use Light Soya Sauce .Using 3 small pieces does not make it too Spicy.

    Aruna,

Proportions correct-aah? 1/2 kg noodle, less than 1/4 chicken, athukku poi 200 gm ginger (little less than 1/4 kg and same amount as chicken) and even more Garlic (300 gm, little more than 1/4 kg)...

I think there is either a typo or the proportions are too much. I would suggest using a 10-15 gm of ginger and 10-15 gms of garlic ...

    just wondering..

In India it is ok to add small amount of ginger & garlic, but especially in foreign countries they keep the chicken in frozen section. So it is better to add more.

    hello...

chicken frozen-ah iruntha thaw pannunga... adhukkaga ivola ginger/garlic potta enna agurathu...

please take no offence aruna, but did you ever try this with this proportions, or is the recipe obtained from some one... did you really measure up th weight or are you saying this approximately..

I have made chicken noodles before, and my proportions were lot less (like I said earlier..) thats why I keep asking...

Any item that is prepared using ginger-garlic, if u add less ginger but enough garlic the taste will be good and if garlic(if one or 2 flakes exceeds doesn’t matter) exceeds also that will only enhance the flavor but if u add more ginger that will totally change the taste of the dish. This is purely my suggestion but the taste may differ to different people with different taste buds.
