Loyola Marymount and Pepperdine are really beautiful campuses. Just off of Pacific ocean, you can see the sea from school.. Right on the mountains too.. So is Santa Cruz, but its up north - and the beaches aren't as pretty as Malibu..

Holyoke and Wellesley are pretty campuses I am told.. Very pretty, in fact..

Tough schools to get into are not quite because of educational stuff. More than half of the schools in top ten are Ivy Leagues, where snob value and such are also equally important. Being private schools (most of them) helps in maintaining that whatever.. SATwise, Caltech would be number one..

anyways.. just an yearly event in school business here.. If any one is considering schools next year, this list is sorta important..

California Institute of Tech, is usually known as caltech, teacher..

No.. that is not my school, although I wish it was.. Two of my fav. scientists taught at Caltech. Thedore von Karman, and Richard Feynman. Great school.

The first time I ever visited LA, me and my friends drove to caltech campus. Their fluid mechanics lab is now named after von Karman, and I was so thrilled.. That was the highlight of my first LA trip.
