oops I forgot to answer to your box spring question. We just bough S&F Firm Mattress but still we are using the Simmons box spring. I think a box spring is a boxspring. A mattress only comes with different comfort levels like pillowtop, plush and firm.

yeah.. but his doctor was saying that u can throw the boxspring and just have a board(which is available in most shops- replacement option for boxspring aam)

Usually regular doctors do not practice acupuncture. You should see if he is Medical Doctor of Oriental Medicine and licensed acupuncturist with a bachelor of science in medicine. His credentials should be M.D. O.M. The best way to search is thru yellow pages and asking your neighbors and friends.

Most of acupuncture doctors have their own private clinic. If you want to see a doctor in your regular hospital then you should search by the speciality Alternative and Complementary medicines.

matress matum podalaam if u have that full wooden bed frame.. italian model types iruke... athu u can have.. just 4inches thaan height irukkum and it will be fully wood..steel or anything with just few stripes in the middle is not good as it will spoil ur mattress eventually

Right now our boxspring and mattress are sitting on a steel rail. We are planning to get a wooden frame . I should go hunt for the italian model wood frames you've mentioned.

A friend of mine is using both homeopathy (to treat a "balance" problem) and acupuncture (to lose weight). Her homeopath is also a qualified allopathic doctor, in fact an ENT specialist...which automatically made me think what an absolute quack he was
She tells me it works, in fact swears by both methods... she certainly has lost a lot of weight, but then again everytime she sees the acu-dude she has to fast

(Her balance problem is an ENT problem, which makes me wonder why the doctor can't use allopathic methods instead of prescribing little pills of etremely diluted poisons? )
