This recipe is to use your oven to bake/broil chicken instead of deep frying.
Ingredients:
Chicken Drumsticks - 6
Chilli Powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder - half spoon
Ginger garlic paste - half spoon
Salt - to taste
Pepper - quarter spoon
Yoghurt - half spoon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all the ingredients and marinate for atleast 2 hours. Put it in your oven and bake ( for 10 mins ), followed by broil by 10 mins. In between check often to see chicken is nicely cooked.
If after 20 mins of bake/broil the chicken doesn't seem well cooked, repeat bake/broil 2 mins each, until you think its ready. Don't leave it in the hot oven, get it out.
No oil, as healthy as it can get. Tastes yummy!!!
