    Default Kothu Parotta

    Assured for Trying

    Ingredients:
    Finely cut onions - 1/2 cup
    Chopped tomatoes - 1/4 cup
    Finely sliced green chillies - 1 tsp*
    Curry leaves - few
    Egg - 1
    Parotta's - 2
    Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
    Oil - for frying
    Salt - as per taste
    Any kurma - 2 tbs*if u want the kothu parotta not dry
    u can add more kurma)

    Method:
    Roll Parotta's and then slice it thinly using a sharp knife.
    Heat a pan/tawa and all oil green chillies onions n tomatoes.Aslo add curry leaves.
    Fry for few minutes. Add slices parotta pieces,pepper powder and mix well using laddle.
    Add lightly beaten egg, kurma and sprinkle salt.
    Mix well n server hot.

    *tbs-table spoon

    JUST THE PLAIN PARTHA. WHAT DO U MEAN BY ANY PAROTTA?THE ONE PREPARED USING ALL PURPOSE FLOUR/MAIDA.

    In stores, even plain is in many types.. plain(north indian), plain(south indian- that layered one), plain(ceylon), plain(roti type)

    u can use plain paratha's of any type as per ur choice. don't use roti type.

    but best is south indian type.layered ones.

    i tried this recipe, its really very tasty. i used that malaysian parotta(plain one), wonderful recipe.

    any kurma ...for chappathi we will make some kurma ....when i did this recipe i didn't have any kurma so i did it instantly like adding pattai lavagam onion,garlic ginger paste,tomato,chilli,coriander, turmeric,salt(i didn't use ant veg for this),i made in a small amount and used in kothu parotta. sandiya you can do like this... try it! its really tasty.
