Rawa kesari

Take 3 tsp ghee in a fry pan and roast 10 cashews and 10 raisins.When the aroma appears, add 3 cups water, 1 cup sugar and a pinch of saffron and bring it to boil. When it boils, add 1 cup rawa and stir well .Add cardomom powder. Add fruit essence(if preferred). Cook until it becomes paste
