Ingredients

Basumathi Rice - 1 Cup

Part 1

Onion - 2 (Cut lengthwise)
Garlic - 6
oil(ur favorite ) - 1 teaspoon

Part 2

Mixed Vegetables - 2 cup (Cut in small cubes)
(Example, Beans, Carrot, Peas, Potato, Cauliflower and others )

Part 3

Cashews - 10
Small Onions - 7
Ginger - 1/2 inch size
Green Chillies - 6

Fry in a little oil the above said ingredients and grind into a smooth paste with one bunch of corriander leaves


Part 4

Cloves(pattai) - 1 inch
Cinnamon(elavangam) - 2
cardamom(yaelakkai) -2
Solid Curd - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Salt - 2 teaspoon
Pudhina Leaves+
Corriander Leaves - 1 tablespoon (Cut them in very small peices)

Mix the above ingredients and keep them aside.

Other Ingredients


oil(ur favorite ) - 2 tablespoon
Lemon - 1 (Talk the juice and keep them aside)

Method Of Preparation

(1) Clean the rice and soak them in water for 10 minutes.
(2) In a microsafe container take all the ingredients from Part 1 and closing the lid cook in micro-high for 4 minutes
(3) To this add ingredients from Part 2 and add 2 tablespoon of water evenly and closing the lid cook in micro-high for 5 minutes. Turn them once in between .
(4) Now to this add ingredients from Part 3 and Part 4 and also add the rice. Close the lid properly and cook in micro-high for 15 minutes.
(5) Open the lid CAREFULLY and add the oil, and without closing the lid cook in micro-high for 2 minutes.
(6) pour the lime juice evenly, mix it properly anf server it after 3 minutes

Soaking time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 26 minutes
Standing Time - 3 minutes
Yield - 4 persons
