Chicken 65

Ingredients :
8 medium size chicken pieces
3 Cinnamon
2 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 tbsp Coriander powder
2 tsp Chilli Powder
2 pinch of Turmeric powder
salt to taste
2 tsp garam masala
1 small Tomato chopped
1 Onion finely chopped
1 lemon juice
3 tbsp oil

Instructions:

First marinate the chicken by mixing it with cinnamon, ginger-garlic paste, coriander seed powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Keep it aside for about an hour.
Now take oil in a pan and add these marinated chicken pieces and fry them properly.
Put the chopped onions and tomatoes in it and then garnish it with garam masala and lemon juice.
