This rice dish will be similar to the one served in many restuarants



1 cup basmathi rice
1 3/4 cups water
1/4 cup milk or cocunut milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 cinnamon stick
2 tsp ghee
1/4 cup green peas

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker pan and fry the cinnamon sticks. Then fry the rice for 2 minutes. then add the water, milk, salt and peas. Then close the pan and put the weight. Wait for upto 4 sounds of the cooker. The rice is ready. Serve with any other gravy.
