    Default Rice(சாதம்) : Mushroom Biryani

    Assured for Trying - நீங்கள் இதை முயற்சி செய்யலாம்.

    Mushroom Biryani



    Ingredients:

    Mushrooms - 200-300 gms
    3 Onions
    3 green chili
    3 glasses of Rice
    Curd - as needed to marinate the mushroom
    Coriander
    Masala powder
    Salt to taste



    Method:

    1.Cut the Mushrooms into pieces. Marinate them in curd, masala and pinch of salt for 1/2 hr.
    2.Cook Rice. Slice onions into thin long pieces.
    3.In a pan heat oil. Add green chilies, after a little frying add onions and masala, salt. Remove when they get to a deep dark brown color.
    4.Fry the marinated mushrooms in the same pan(it should have at least little oil) until all the curd becomes think as gravy.
    5.In a large bowl, mix rice, mushrooms, and onions and Salt and masala (According to taste). 6.Add Sliced Coriander.
    7.Serve with raita or any spicy veg or non-veg curry.

    Serves: 4 people
    Preparation time: 30 minutes

    Hi vedha.. can u specify the quantity for each of the ingredients... because those who arent talented in cooking will not be able to try this.. hope u understand..
    Also what do u mean by masala powder? is there any special ones?

    hi shy,

    i can understand. well i have made changes. just check it. masala powder u can use any type like garam masala or biryani masala powder and use according to ur taste.
