    Default Fast Home Made Pizza

    Fast Home Made Pizza

this pizza has asian plus western style

Ingredients: Tortilla (Mexican food) -as base
    Green Capsicum-cut into slices
    Red Capsicum-cut into slices
    Tofu/Bean Curd -cut into slices
    Fresh Mushrooms
Carrots - cut into small circles or shredded... however u wish too
Pineapple in tin - cut into small pieces
    Mozarella cheese - shredded

    Ingredients for sauce:
    Tomato puree
    Tomato sauce
    Chilli sauce
    Spices
    Oil
    Salt
    Sugar

    The Sauce:
    1. heat pan and add oil. add tomato puree and tomato sauce and chilli sauce
    2. let it boil and then add the spices and add sugar and salt to taste
    3. let it boil for awhile and then cool it down

    The base:
1.Make ready the tortilla (optional-you may use anything as base)
    2. put the sauce on it and spread it evenly
    3. add cheese on top of it and put in the oven for 10 minutes
    4. after 10 mins, add all the other ingredients (you may decorate anyhow you want)
    5. add cheese on top of the ingredients and put in the oven for 20 minutes (or till cheese melts)

P.S: This pizza is nutricious because it uses variety of vegetables which you don't have to cook for long which will take all the nutricion away.
To make it more healthier, reduce oil and cheese[/i][/b]

yes tortilla is thin.... so you have to check it so that it doesn't get burnt
just make sure the cheese melts and take the pizza out.... it will be good
it is kept long in the oven to make the tortilla crispy(to get the taste of normal pizza base) and to let the vegetables cook inside.
    is that ok silican?
    hope u enjoy it

silican try naan bread instead of tortilla and add a dash of deep roast garlic to the tomato sauce.

tikka masala fried potatoes or plain tikka masala goes as a good topping too.
