    Chicken Fry
    1 kg chicken 2 large onions, 2 chilies ,1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp ginger paste ,pinch of turmeric ,1 tbsp chilly powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp garam masala ,3 tbsp oil, Bunch of coriander (optional)

    Chop the onions and chilies very finely. Take a non stick pan and heat the oil and fry the onions and chilies till golden brown, add chicken ,turmeric ,chili powder and salt and cook on high heat turning for 3 minutes , then turn down the heat to medium and let the chicken cook slowly till it starts browning , then add the garam masala powder and the coriander leaves and let it fry for 5 more minutes. Serve hot with rice.
