Moong dal potato fry

Ingredients:

Potato -1
Whole green gram(Moong dal) - 1/2 cup
Onion -1
Ginger - 1 inch
Turmeric - 1 pinch
Green chillies - 4
Curry leaves a few
salt to taste.

Method:

Soak Moong dal for whole night and cook it in the pressure cooker for 2 whistles. Cook the potato and cut into cubes. In the frying pan, season oil with mustard, jeera and fry onion and ginger. Add the chillies and fry for few minuties and then add the cooked moong dal and potato. Add turmeric and salt. Fry everthing together for 10 minutes and garnish with curry leaves.
